Deep fried ice cream

Hey guys welcome to my third official blog. I am on week two of my weekly post as I said before I will be doing two blogs a week and one comment. My experience with deep fried ice cream was very fun. It was the summer time about mid August, I had printed a recipe for deep fried ice cream because I remembered a restaurant named donna maria’s a very good Mexican restaurant that had for a dessert well you guessed it deep fried ice cream. So me and my brother had to prepare the ingredients for the recipe, there was cinnamon and a lot of other very good ingredients. Make sure you have clean hands when you make the little balls of ice cream and when dunk them in the ingredients. Make sure that your balls of ice cream are big because when you dip them with the ingredients and there small you wont get the taste of ice cream you`ll get a taste of a deep cinnamon and the other ingredients. Trust me I’ve made that mistake, im not saying don’t try that but it is a lot better when the ice cream balls are big. I will post the recipe when I have the time to type it and find it.
